RETURN POLICY

  • At Resilience Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 10 days of purchase. Please note the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

  • Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
